The following relaxation and stress relief sessions can be booked without a consultation. They are designed to relax body and mind.
If you wish to address a specific source of stress (an upcoming speech, flight, test, etc.), you may wish to book a 30-minute consultation to give me some background. That will allow us to maximize our in-person time together.
Need help figuring out which session is right for you?
For many people, a single session of hypnosis is the missing piece that makes everything fall into place.
If you need more than relaxation or stress relief – if you want to overcome a stubborn habit, eliminate a fear, increase your self-confidence, or make hypnosis a regular part of your self-care routine – you may want to explore a multi-session plan. This will lower your per-session cost.
