Please drop by the office with your donations, or catch up with Michelle at one of her events, such as the May 9 class at HillHub.

Mind Mapping is a process for capturing ideas and thoughts. It uses words, symbols, and colors to activate the brain in more ways than traditional note taking. This makes learning faster and easier, so it’s a great study tool, but it is also used for brainstorming, creating, analyzing, and much more. Watch the video below for some examples, then register for the class! There is a $15 materials fee. Register here.

Guest Speaker: Doug Meacham, Gresham Hypnosis Center, Oregon Hypnosis School.

Presentation: Voice and Vitality

In her 10 years at a hypnosis clinic, Michelle De Lude often saw between eight and ten clients a day. To meet her demanding schedule, she relied on many of the exercises and habits she learned in her avocation of singing in choirs. As a professional singer, vocal cord damage devastated the career of Carol Hess and challenged her in ways she never imagined. She turned to hypnotherapy for insight, tools, and healing.

Michelle and Carol will share from their personal and professional experiences and lead participants in a fun, experiential session covering

  • The power of the voice
  • Identifying vocal qualities
  • How vocal qualities can affect client work
  • Avoiding common (and uncommon) pitfalls
  • Building vocal strength and flexibility.

Learn about hypnosis in a fun, cozy environment. What’s true? What’s a myth? For example, could someone like Shallow Hal really be hypnotized to see people differently? How are we hypnotized every day, without even realizing it? Movies contain many teachable moments.  Space limited. RSVP 503-710-4428.
