Before deciding which multiple-session plan is best for you, call for a free 30-minute consultation. This can be done by phone or in person.
During the free consultation, we will
- Assess your goals – immediate, short-term, and long-term;
- Gather background information; and
- Determine whether hypnosis is right for you at this time.
Following the consultation, you may choose from the following plans.
If I do not think hypnosis would be the best fit for you at this time, I will tell you so. If I think other options would serve you better, I will make those recommendations during our consultation.
One-Session Stress Management
A single session to provide stress relief is designed to relax body and mind. It is great for overall or short-term stress relief. You can call me to schedule an appointment, or you can book these sessions online. You do not need a consultation for an overall stress-relief sessions.
Your investment for a single session is $150, which includes a new-client setup fee, or $130, if you are a returning client.
To eliminate a specific or recurring source of stress (an upcoming speech, flight, test, etc.), we will likely need more than one session. Read more about multiple sessions below.
3 Hypnosis Sessions
The Basic Plan may be the best fit for you if you want to focus on changing a single habit or jump-starting a change (stop smoking, stress management, food choices, memory improvement. etc.)
In our first session, we will
- clearly define the change you want to make,
- create a three-step plan for getting you there,
- go over some of the basics of hypnosis, so that you’ll understand the process
- determine which style of hypnosis you are most receptive to
- select the best hypnotic techniques for you, and
- begin the work.
In sessions two and three, we’ll build on the foundation of your first session. You will receive basic instruction in self-hypnosis and minimal homework, taking away one or two tools or techniques to practice between sessions.
6 Hypnosis Sessions
You may choose the Deluxe Plan if you have more than one issue to resolve or if your issue has several components.
Weight loss often falls into this category, because it is affected by environment, relationships, mood, and physical ability, as well as beliefs, values, and other components.
The Deluxe Plan includes everything in the Basic Plan, and you will receive more advanced instruction in self-hypnosis. Homework will give you four or five tools to help you make the transition from where you are to where you want to be… and keep you there.
12 Hypnosis Sessions
You may choose the Premium Plan if you are someone who wants to resolve the issue at hand, but you don’t want to stop there. You want to use hypnosis for ongoing success in every aspect of your life.
The Premium Plan includes everything in the Deluxe Plan, and you will learn to supercharge your self-hypnosis suggestions. Homework will give you eight to ten tools to challenge perceptions and push past barriers.
This plan has the most flexibility. Depending on your circumstances, you may want to do some of your sessions at monthly intervals to give you an oasis for recharging and a powerhouse for planning. This plan also includes two customized hypnosis recordings.
